Protecting your ideas: Brand Protect offers efficient, friendly and expert advice.

At BRAND PROTECT, we offer legal advice about intellectual property (IP) in the UK and throughout the EU.  Our purpose is to support our clients to protect their business ideas. We provide advice on protecting your company against infringement of your trade marks, patents, and copyright, as well as all aspects of licensing, franchising, counterfeiting and related litigation.  Our bespoke solutions to IP issues reflect practical business-like decision-making, and are cost-effective. See our services page for information on the range of IP services we offer.

Our intellectual property specialists have assisted many individuals, companies and government departments in the UK, Europe and internationally.  BRAND PROTECT was established in 2003, and has offices in the UK (near Oxford) and Ireland. We work closely with a network of well-established IP affiliates around the world

Because we are able to provide advice at economical prices to our clients, most prefer to engage us on a permanent basis to advise on their global intellectual property strategies and to ensure that their assets work for them 24/7.

Our clients  include pre-eminent multi-national companies, financial institutions, investment groups, law firms, accountants as well as small to medium sized businesses and private individuals. They value our specialist expertise in IP and our knowledge of the opportunities and challenges this presents to business. We are qualified and experienced IP practitioners capable of and willing to represent your business interests.
